We require that when you use our equipment it be insured. You can do that in one two ways, or some combination of both. Either provide Soho Audio with an insurance certificate, listing Soho Audio, with its address, as the loss payee. Or we can do a pre-authorization on your Master or Visa credit card for the value of the equipment you rent. In any case, we may require a pre-authorization on your credit card for the deductible portion of your insurance policy.

Our gear is carefully checked out before you receive it. For your peace of mind we suggest you check it out also. With proper notice we can sub-rent items for you which we may not carry.

Equipment should be picked up after 3 PM on the day before the rental begins and returned before 10 AM on the day after rental ends. Customer is responsible for picking up and returning equipment to Soho Audio.

Soho Audio can provide delivery and return at an additional charge. Unless otherwise indicated, when equipment is in transit, rental charges begin with the pickup of equipment and end with its return. Rental charges will accrue while equipment is in transit.
